Insurance Coverage

The BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) does not currently cover counselling sessions. However, some extended benefits plans offer full or partial coverage for Registered Clinical Counsellors. You may also be able to choose your counsellor when using BC Employee & Family Assistance Services.

Check with your insurance provider, union, or HR manager to determine the extent of your coverage.

Cancellations

Cancelled appointment require 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at the cost of the session.
